Starter Pack questions
What happens after the first year?
Each item renews at its normal price: about RM 4,460.52 a year at today’s prices (Nexora ERP, Nexora cloud hosting, Nexora POS, domain and website hosting). The set-up is not charged again.
Can I add more users or terminals?
Yes, at the normal prices: RM 594 per 6 months per extra 3-user pack and RM 149 per terminal / month per extra terminal in the same outlet.
Is POS hardware included?
No. A POS terminal set (touchscreen, receipt printer, cash drawer and scanner) is RM 3,200 – RM 5,800 one-time per terminal. You can also use compatible hardware you already own.
Who is the Starter Pack for?
Malaysian SMEs with one shop or warehouse that want ERP, stock control and POS working together from the start, without a large first project.
How is it paid?
In one payment for the first year, before set-up starts. From the second year, subscriptions are billed at their normal billing periods.
Can I switch to a bigger package later?
Yes. You can move to Nexora Business or Professional and POS Retail for more outlets at any renewal.
