FAQ
Pricing questions
Is implementation included?
No. Subscriptions and hosting pay for using the system; implementation is a separate one-time fee: Nexora RM 4,999, Dolibarr from RM 2,800 and Business Central from RM 28,000.
Are Microsoft licences included in implementation fees?
No. Microsoft licences are paid to Microsoft or a licensing partner at Microsoft’s prices, shown separately on this page. Our implementation and support fees cover only DInforSolutions’ services.
Can I migrate from my existing ERP?
Yes. Every setup package states its migration allowance. Extra migration is RM 800 per man-day for Nexora and Dolibarr, and RM 1,200 per man-day for Business Central.
Are customisations included?
Only where a package states a customisation allowance, such as 8 hours in Dolibarr Business. Other customisation is RM 1,000 per man-day for Nexora, RM 150 per hour for Dolibarr and RM 1,400 per man-day for Business Central, always estimated before work starts.
